Honda Insight

OK, maybe I'm missing something here on the Honda Insight.
Its a two seater, has a gas Honda engine.
Want to run it at Bonneville!
Can't run in sedan class cause its a two seater and built after 1949.
Seems like the only logical classes to put it in is /GT or /MS.
/GT it has to run a Honda engine.
/MS, can't see where it would be any bigger threat to the class than Turks
