Am I getting the hang of your rules?
As a Mod Sports car class entry is intended for cars "that are modified
beyond the production sports cars as accepted for GT class". And GT class
is for those vehicles "primarily intended for comfortable high speed
touring". Then a Smart car - an urban runaround in any of its guises -
does not get voted into MS.
But then, was a Berkely or Sprite or Midget, ever suited to "high speed
touring" as a primary or secondary intention? What is a high speed?
Who said 'can of worms' .... ?.
