Dick and list
This very subject has been discussed several times since the list started
about how important it is to suit up before finalizing anything around the
driver.

About two years ago we had a belly tank come thru insp. The driver got in
with difficulty and when he was asked to do the bail out he couldn't undo
the belts or get out of the vehicle. He went home feeling pretty bad. Did
not want to let another driver try.

It's so important to be secure but all of the rules are written for a
purpose. It's amazing how much restriction there is in the suit, gloves and
boots.
