You're on target Neil.
He has been interested in LSR cars since he was a young man. He's
had access to the library of all of the British LSR cars, data that's
normally not available to the public.
He is fascinated by Jacks cars. Their design, with the flat bottom very
close to the track, is unique. He can't suggest any changes because
he has no data on that design. He is concerned about what will happen
if a bump lift's the nose. I asked him how much it would take on
N-III, he replied "I haven't the foggiest idea".

I'm going to send him an email in a few weeks and ask if we can put
his paper about Dust Drag on the land speed web site.
