Looks like I may need to put a blister in the hood to clear engine parts in
our car. This is not going to have any opening which would help induction.
We will be running in the modified classes. Can't find anything specific
about this in the rulebook. Also, if I run out of time to make the blister,
is there a problem with having a hole in the hood to allow clearance?
