Well I have started the annual repairs to my TR. The first project was to get the leaking htob out. That went pretty well. The fact is inspection of the htob reveals that the only possible answer for the leakage is that the rear seal shrank. Both of the O-rings are intaqct and free of scuff marks. The rear one is now very loose in it's groove. As I remember it was large enough to fill the groove when it was installed.

I also discovered that my #3 cylinder was not firing. The good news is it passed a leak down test yesterday. I still haven't fingered the problem.

I plan to rebuild the 3rd member and revisit my rear housing mounting on this go around too.
