As an Xmas present to myself, I purchased a rebuilt 67 MGB head at the
local foreign parts junkyard - they advertised that they were going out
of the Brit car biz, so everything had to go. In fact, when the owner
showed up, he exclaimed ' Two British Cars in front of my yard - I
haven't seen that in 10 years '.... He also told me that in the mid '70s
roughly half of their business was British cars, but now - it all had to
go because of the dearth of interest (sad huh?)....
ANyway, I got a rebuilt '67 B head for $100, and need some information on
installing it on my '79 - the Moss catalog mentions drilling holes 4 the
auto choke & replacing the rocker arm brackets -- Does anyone have any
light they can shed on this subject????
