By the way, "trade secret" means only that they can sue your but off if you
reveal the internal workings of the device, for the crime of "divuging a
trade secret".
If it had any merit, it would have a patent instead of a Lawyer Trap
Attached.
Case in point...the freedom of speech minded folks who published documents of
the "church" of Scientology, in an attempt to point out what a scam it was
and how they were anything but a religious organization, were instantly
squelched by a "revealling Trade Secrets" lawsuit that got their documents
pulled from the net!
Nice tool for the lawyers, bullshit detector for the rest of us.
