I have been reading the posts about VB with muted interest for quite
some time now. I find it odd that, considering the large amount of
goods I order from them, I have never had any of the negative experiences
that some describe.

I can, however, enlighten the list on some of the finer points of customer
service. I work at Sears, and the motto is satisfaction guaranteed or
your money back. Most of the time, I uphold this creed with professionalism
and courtesy. There are days when I don't really want to be there, and
my courtesy is not top-notch. This is an admittly rare problem, but it
does occur.

Perhaps the negative experiences generated by the souls at VB were isolated
instances. Maybe the guy found his girlfriend cheating on him, and he
had bigger problems on his mind than a mis-sent order. All I can say is
that I have never had any problems with VB, and if the people there
truly hated supplying parts to LBC owners, they would have sunk long ago.

Just my humble opinion.
