Old Speckled Hen is the name of a fabric bodied  MG saloon of 1928 (14/40).
There is a picture of one on page 18  of  Magic of the Marque by Mike
Allison (great book)

The Beer is by Morlands and was originally brewed to celebrate the 50th
anniversary of the MG factory. Morland is the Abingdon brew, and the owner
of the Boundry House Pub, that was Kimber's home. Don't miss it and the
plaque at the door when visiting Abingdon.
