I also had less than stellar results using colored wax on my car. It
looked good from a distance but up close marks and shadows could be seen
under the wax. I tried several brands of wax before stumbling upon
Meguire's Cleaner Wax (liguid). It did a terrific job. The finish looked
better than new and it has lasted more than 6 months (so far). Try it, I
highly recommend it.
