A newton-meter (newtons times meters, _not_ newton/meter!) is a unit of
torque, as is a ft-lb. One N-M = 0.738 ft-lb, or equivalently one ft-lb =
1.36 N-M. Multiply ft-lbs by 1.36 to get N-M.
