Ooops!. That's what I get for not reading the fine print on the cassette
cover. Actually I should have known that, but I sometimes slip into
Dumb Mode.

I think the boy is comeing around. He recently had to replace the
ignition on the 'vette when the water pump leaked water into the module,
which surrounds the crank. The toll from the local Chevy dealer was a
bit over $700 (excluding the tow charge), then last weekend he watched me
do basiclly the same repair on my neighbors 78 B and that bill came to
less than a "C" note. The $600 difference, when added to the fact that
my neighbor was without the car for only a couple of hours while we
changed the dizzy and did a good tune up, instead of the 3 days he had to
drive the pick-up waiting on the dealer. Now he's begining to believe
his big brother (73 midget) that the LBC is just a good a chicky troller
as the 'vette and a bunch cheaper. There's hope for the boy yet!!!
