Interesting, I've seen RO stamped as part of the size code on some of the
wheels, but hadn't heard the company name.
I think the years may be reversed tho, as the wheels with the somewhat slotted
holes were fitted on most late midgets, up through '79, while the "square hole"
style are not very common.

Probably then- it came from a shop which has taken apart various cars. Still,
I'd like to know what they're off of.
