Thanks for all that advice. The first adjustor must have been fr=
om
another planet - unless he thought they could bang out the dents rather
than replace the fender -(even to me the one under the headlight looked
really creased)

of the adjustor and speak with his/her supervisor (oddly enough, some
people actually call the home office of the insurance company and tell
them they have tried to resolve this, but the adjustor isn't returning
calls, and they don't know who the supervisor is to reach them).<
