right before Tory's post i went look for some Rustoleum zinc chromate
and couldn't even find it at the store....i thought they totally outlawed it
...i
too liked the job it did on Agnes in the 1970's..(A/H 100)...do you have to
go to a paint store to get it?got my 1 5/16"socket at Sears many yrs. ago
Napa also has or can get gollywomper size tools made by New
Britain?.....also got a 2 and whatever size socket fot the hub nuts on the
Healeys and the octagon knock offs on the B's.........haven't seen the GT
made into a Tourer but have seen it done the other way round ,after my
budddy w/the 390h.p. MGChevy (former C) took out a light pole in a
power slidewith the rear axle.......cut the car in 1/2 thru the seats and
along the cowl(behind fire wall).....that's when he also added the Jag
rear end .....its only slightly slower with the added weight...so really all
he has left of the original car is the title and front fenders....and they are
extensively flared......more later on black and tan carpet sets..............oh,
i asked a gay friend of mine about Fairy Liquid....he said just one
word..."buttjuice" .....................................whatever that
means..........OH
and don't forget nows the time to change or add your mothballs to your
"sleepers",the rat's have made a rusty urinal out of the '74 1/2 's
trunk......Did Mike Cousins go to Jesuit?.......................i know i'm a
ramblin'
kinda guy.......YMMV,

                               HoYo
