Hi Richard,
The advice from Skip Kelsey is right on the money. I would only
like to add a bit from my experience -- don't overtighten the screws. It'll only
cause the gasket to ooze.
Also -- do NOT replace the original screws with the ones sold by Moss. They are
a self-tapping variety that will destroy the threads in your tank. Good luck.
