Tyson,   you are going to hear from everyone on this.  You are going to have
to do a total  rebuild of ths engine.  At the very least it is going to need
to be bored oversize(ref cylinder ridge and light rust).  As long as you
have it apart, you might as well go all the way and inspect/fix/replace all
the internals and have the rotating assembly balanced.  It may seem like a
lot of work, but I hate to do things twice.
