Alas, the 70 mph limit is to be found only in some states.  Here in the
North East corner, New Jersey, New York, Connecticut and others still
maintain the 55mph fiction.  It's rarely enforced, of course, and
seemingly then only on those who are going slow enough to be caught by
the friendly officers.
