Does J. C. Whitney still have pre-printed on their order form: "I am
enclosing $1.00 for a catalog" ?
That always gave me a chuckle, as did the sticker they applied on catalog
after catalog warning me that it was the last catalog I was going to get
unless I ordered something. I still get a catalog from them occasionally,
although I haven't ordered anything in years.
