The one-piece diaphragm, while a bit more difficult to install, is by far
the more durable. BTW, the whole job of replacement of these diaphragms
(seat out of car, upholstery loosened, old diaphragm off, new one on,
re-attach upholstery, re-install seat) should take no more than an hour per
side. Admittedly we've had some practice but don't be put off by horror
stories.....the results, as Nina said, are well worth it!
