Well,
I got my gas tank on, fixed the vent out of the trunk, and went down to the
gas station to get some gas in a can. I came back, and I went to crank it
up, and I get nothing from the starter. After messing around with some
wires that I had apparently mixed up, I got it cranked up. I then started
feeling myself get sprayed while reving the motor up. After doing some more
investigating, my radiator had apprently sprung a nice leak after I had
taken it out, flushed it, and cleaned it up. I have no idea how, but there
it was. I'm going to try some stop leak stuff tomorrow, and see how that
works. It doesn't seem like it leaks hardly at all until you rev up the
engine, but you can definately see it coming out and hitting the fan when
you do. :\
Sooo...after I get this fixed, I should be out on the road again (for a
while at least...until I go through the oil system...until I go through the
front suspension...until...until...until....but I'm still having fun! :) ).
