Don't move! I've got a '71 , in florida, and run it 50 miles a day back
in forth to work.... it rusts, but it runs. As for the carb, check for a
vacuum leak, and you could clean it with carb cleaner while you're at it.
I've found that a regular spray down has kept my idle more steady... and
stay away from those sand dunes.....
