 If you lived in the UK, the constant rain will do it for you. The
Midget, ( and the MGB I think) actually has two open drain holes in the
front footwell floor, with a small cap infront to stop wheel-wash
entering. The holes are to let out that water which gets in because the
owner has left the roof down in the rain.!!!!
