I finally found my Standard Torque List. These  values are for aircraft grade
hardware and you should adjust the value down some.
FINE THREAD:
10-32 = 20-25ft/#,  1/4-28 = 50-70ft/#,  5/16-24 = 100-140ft/#, 3/8-24 =
160-190ft/#,
7/16-20 = 450-500

COURSE THREAD:
10-24 = 20-25ft/#, 1/4-20 = 40-50ft/#, 5/16-18 = 80-90ft/#, 3/8-16 =
160-185ft/#
7/16-14 = 235-255ft/#

My king pin kit came with a nylon insert type lock nut, if yours is the same,
I would recommend approx 100ft/#. Remember the floating clearance. Good luck.
