If all lamps light but do not flash then it is either a ground, a bulb
(could be the wrong rating or just on its way out) or any of the
connectors on that side.

The purple splits three ways from the (four-way) fuse box - the interior
lights; the horns; and the brake-test circuit (if fitted) and headlamp
flasher.  If all of these are out I would still suspect the fuse-box,
are you sure you have 12v on the output spade under load?  The horn feed
has no inline connectors to give problems, but the other circuits have
one or more.
