Uh, yup. It took a little hunting as it was nearly a year ago, but I found
it and sent it along. I also sent a few words (few more pages) on cooling
system pressure testing and blow down testing for the cylinders. It was a
15K memo, and the list server limit is about 10K (for good reason), so if
anyone wants a private copy just holler.
