Rear end swap 77MGB

Hi folks,

     Looks as if I'm going to swap the noisy rear end for a ?? used one.
Hopefully, it'll be better.  If the price is right and the wheels/splines aren't
too worn I may convert to wire wheels while I'm at it.  Any words of wisdom that
you might share with me before I get into this operation?  Any references out
there on how to swap out a rear end? A number of the pieces, e.g., wheel
bearings, bushes, etc., are already acquired for standard p.m.  TIA.
