I looked this one up also. The above is correct.In 1976 the company moved
to Wales and produced 60 cars. In 1981 it introduced a new model the "
Dragon" , 
It was a new body with (are you ready for this?) a Ford Fiesta running gear. 

In 1983 the company folded and was acquired by Will Corey ( the infamous
Will Corry who was forced out of the MGCC for bad things? or someone else?)
Anyway  he launched the "Corry"  which led to the "Darrian" by Tim Duffee
Now there is a bunch of unimportant information.

All of this is gathered from a wonderful book called "A to Z of Sports Cars
1945 to 1995. " You name the obscure car, and its in there.
