Take a 7/16" socket, 12" extension and a ratchet with you. Jack up the right front of the car, pull the wheel off, then remove the inner-fender splashgaurd and check for RUST in the sill and rocker. If there is no rust then get down on your knees and give thanks to the diety of your choice. Then get up and give him your money.
