Hello all! Thought I'd drop a line in on this. A while back I mentioned a
problem with shaking wheels that wouldn't go away after balancing them. As
you may recall, I've got Mini-Lite repros on the car. As it turns out, the
tie rod ends on the front are REALLY close to the wheels. This isn't a
problem, except that the balancing weights the shop was using were getting
stripped right off as soon as the car was driven! We used a different type
of weight that cleared the rod ends, and all is well.
