Brevard County is very car friendly. All you will have to do is take your
titles to the tag office, they verify the vins to the cars (make sure you
drive them), they will issue Fla plates, and the new Florida title will
arrive in the mail from Tallahassee in about 6 weeks. No emissions.
Make sure you bring proof of insurance with you. The initial process will be
about 190.00 per vehicle. Renewals are cheap, my MG was under $20.00, and the
wife's Corrado was around $40.00.
