I always use novus polish.  The #2 will take out any scratches or clouding
that may accumulate over the years, and the #1 (or #3 which ever is the
fine one) should help maintain them.  I also noticed the other day that
Moss sells them, so that aleviates the problem we used to have of trying
to find them.
