Are you on the list to receive new seat belts? If not check with Rover as your
year is eligible. I believe the problem you are experiencing is precisely why
the belts were recalled. Check last week's posting to this list with the
phone number. It worked for me! At least I am on the list again. This started
for me in 1994!
