i drive a mechanically pristine, 76 alfa spyder...needs the rear plastic
window replaced, i have the plastic, need paint, ihave the required
materials, needs carpet, and seats redone, not purchased yet,,,faded red
paint ,, ratty interior...but i still love it....
my 70 has the engine on the stand, ready for paint, b=gt, needs a left
front wing repair, re=spay,,,
i buy /sell /restore jags, benz, alfa, bmw,etc...and cant have em all in
concouse condition..at the same time...so i enjoy em all as i can....
be proud of the marqueess that you have...look around you...see how many
of them are out there...being driven...not many
its a privildge to own one, restore it, and drive'em...
i have to some times just go and sit in a non=runner...just because,
like a doctor doing a hopital visit
i dont drive what i like for what others might see/feel...i drive for
the feeling the car gives to me...we have mutial respect...
i have many cars and bikes[brit/euro], in various states of
restoration...i have my favorites, but love em all
and have to sell em to keep going...
