Justin,

If the B is like the Midget, The turn signals gets it's power thru the
Hazard switch. When mine quite, I found that the problem was the Hazard
switch itself. I pulled it out, carefully took it apart and cleaned the two
contacts  that short together when the hazard switch is in the "off"
position. Turn signals worked fine after that. Check it out first.

The fuse is fine.  Do I need something specific to test the circuit and
determine where the problem is?  It may be the actual signal, but before
they all died, the left front one was not working for about a month.  I was
unable to diagnose that problem either (though I did determine that it
wasn't a bulb issue).
