I am running a 5 main engine with an overdrive transmission in my 
'57. There are a couple of things you need to be aware of depending 
on just what combination you are installing. I personally recommend 
this swap if you are going to drive the car as it makes the car much 
more tractable, and the increase in power is great fun as well.  I 
would be happy to help in any way that I can.
