With all due respect George, your friend would have to find a way to violate the
laws of physics for that to happen.  Brake fluid does not compress to any
appreciable measure, and thus transmits the force applied by the master cylinder
to the wheel cylinder.  It cannot increase that force, only fail to transmit 
some
of it by compressng.  It neither generates power nor uses it.  John
