According to the information I obtained from Doug Jackson's site, you need the
conical K&N filters for the dual carbs on a late model to clear the brake
booster.  Looks to me like it will fit but I haven't gotten mine put together
yet.  Doug's site lists the Moss Part Numbers as well as the Stub Stacks that 
are
recommended to go with them.  Go to www.mgbmga.com and check out the Tech
Information section.  You want document MGB 19 - Carb Choices.
