There are three decent listings of classifieds on the web. The best
MG place is:
http://www.mgcars.org/class/search.html
Where you can search for a specific model in your area.

Also try TraderOnLine:
http://www.traderonline.com/coll/search/index.shtml
Which has all kinds of cars but a great search engine.

The other one is www.classifieds2000.com. Also pretty good.

Are you a member of a club? Many times members have cars
for sale, and you will tend to get a car in better shape from an
enthusiast than from someone who has one sitting in their
garage for 15 years until the wife says to get rid of it. The Philly
MG Club always has some cars listed in the newsletter. If you
aren't a member, JOIN US!!! There is a 1966 MGB listed this
month.

I would avoid eBay (Your Personal Trading Community) like the
plague!
