I must agree with you, Bill. Having previously owned a roadster I know what
it means to arrive somewhere, in formal attire, with either hat hair or that
wind blown look. At least with my coupe I can get to where I'm going looking
civilized. Besides, in the winter it's not quite as cold.
Larry, as for your dash...beings the dash on the coupe is flat it is easy
enough to remove the instruments and attach a piece of real wood veneer.
I've done it, so if you want some tips let me know.

I beg to differ, Larry. I have 2 roadsters and one coupe, and guess which is
my favourite touring car? The coupe, by far! More civilised, much more
comfortable, and faster on top end. For racing, or those owners whose
principal attire consists of hair shirts, the roadster is of course de
rigeur, but at the end of a 600 mile day's drive, I know which one I'd
rather
be stepping out of.
