I didn't press out the bushing in any of the distributor housings but it looks 
like you could buy the bushing at a bearing store.
It's pretty long and narrow but it might be possible to find one.

I ended up finding a distributor in my "stock" that had minimal slop.   I put 
all the "guts" in it.
