I have to comment since that sounds very much like mine when I bought it 12
years ago. My advice, if you do choose to get it, would be to fix the rust
and get it painted first, then do the engine, interior, etc. If you just pop
in an engine, it's likely to deteriorate further before you get around to
it. And if you don't get around to it, for whatever reason, you won't be
able to recapture any money that you did put into it.

For that price, if it's basically a solid unibody despite the rust spots,
and not missing too many parts, it would conceivably seem to be worth
something like that figure. Unrestored early CB cars are not turning up that
often any more. You'd have to figure the motor needs rebuilding anyway after
36 years.
