Michael, my winter routine for my '76B is: put it in the (unheated) garage
with a full tank of gas; disconnect the battery; start it at least once a
week and let it run for 10 minutes or so; shift it forward and backwards
(alternatively) every time I start it, just to avoid sitting on the same
patch of tire; whenever weather/road salt conditions allow, take a 10-mile
drive, hood down, heater cranked.

Granted, winters here in central NJ are NOTHING like yours, but I think if
you can get the car started weekly you can avoid a lot of issues and
spring frustration. There is probably a way to pre-heat the engine block
(electric blanket? heat lamp?) prior to starting it up.

BTW, gonna be 52 here; going to try to wrap up work early so I can take a
spin late this afternoon!
