Methinks Kai miscontrues "limited budget" as "cheap".
Not sure why he thinks the grass will be any greener (or the money will be
any greener) over in the Land of the Triumph.
There are a lot of people that love the cars but don't always have the cash
to do everything they want. Some can barely afford to keep them
running. Others will buy good decent parts without necessarily springing
for the teflon-coated titanium optical version, even though the high-end
part might be best. Probably if they're not buying a decent part it's
because they have a limited budget, which is different than being cheap.
I suggest he move into dealing with Rolls or Maserati's or something...
