It works ALL the time in the current vehicle. The only time it has
failed is if the engine/tranny is hot and it is hot outside. It it is
winter time cold or even cool outside it has never not engaged. But
when it is 85-90+ and the car is hot from running for about a half hour
or so, it has failed to engage...
