Hi, David.
I found the same problem with my Clikadjust, i.e. the 'big click would go
when there was still a gap. This was down to clag in the adjuster threads.
After taking of all the nuts and screwing the adjusters up and down all the
way a couple of times, the tool worked perfectly.
