The original color of your 76 B interior was indeed called Autumn Leaf.
AFAIK, Biscuit was never an interior color option on MGBs, although it was
on other British cars. It might help you visualize the difference if you
remember that what the British call a "biscuit" is what we would call a
"cookie"... or maybe not.

I believe Moss used to send material samples on request -- that might help
you settle the issue.
