This symptom makes me wonder, what kind of air cleaner(s) do you have? And
did you somehow block the hole in the radiator diaphragm that (more or less)
points to the forward air cleaner nozzle? Have you changed the filters
lately? Unlikely, but it sounds like you are cutting off the intake air
somehow...
