I think I'm fairly typical in that I have overhauled and repaired a
number of Mark I "frog-eye" Sprites and Mark II Sprites and Midgets
over the years.

I did check the list of lists on autocross team net and there is a
listing for a "spridgets" list, which would be more specialized
toward your car.

To subscribe, send an email message to 

majordomo@autox.team.net 

with these two lines in the main body of the message:

subscribe spridgets
end

I think that should do it.
